			Full-Service Hiring Program for Managerial, Corporate Sales and Technical professionals are billed at the rate of 9% of anticipated annual salary (minimum $5,400.00 total fee). All contracts require a 75% deposit. Remaining 25% is due upon hire. One sixty day monster ad (or equivalent) is included in the program. Additional advertising costs are the client's responsibility. Service is complete upon hire or runs for 9 weeks after placement of first ad.

Additional Services

			Telephone marketing - sometimes the best route to your next employee is through referrals from others in similar positions. We research your industry, select 50 companies/contacts and introduce your opening using a conversational and informational approach. We call each contact two times, leaving a voicemail message if we have that option and send an email with more position information to friendly contacts. Most importantly we ask for, get and contact referrals! $1,500.00
			Monster.com, Careerbuilder.com or Star Tribune.com resume search. Prices vary depending on the service that best fits your needs. We can often find other clients interested in sharing the cost of a resume database search. Pricing is billed at our cost or below cost, if splitting the search with another client

Single-Item Pricing

			Ad writing & ad placement. Includes custom written ad options for print and internet advertising and placement on approximately 10 free websites, client paid websites and client paid print media options. $699.00. Ads updated bi- weekly for 6 total weeks.
			Ad writing & ad placement & resume receipt. Includes custom written ad options for print and internet advertising and placement on approximately 10 free websites, client paid websites and client paid print media options. We receive, read and rank all resumes, confirm receipt via email and forward client all resumes with comments to assist in selecting top candidates for interviews. $1499.00. Ads updated bi- weekly for 6 total weeks.
			Screening interviews. $699.00 set up fee for development of customized phone interview based on specific position. $150.00 per phone interview. Typed phone interview notes and our comments forwarded to client for review.
			Background checks. Former employer and co-worker employment verifications/reference check. Must provide a signed release. $250.00 per candidate. Six maximum contacts per candidate.

Guarantee, Deposits and Customize! -

			Our Guarantee:  We pledge to perform to the best of our ability the job functions our clients contract with us to perform.  If for any reason a hired employee leaves within 90 days, we will reactivate the program (at no additional charge) for the amount of weeks that remained in the program at the time the previous candidate was offered the position.
			Contract Extensions: clients are notified of contract expiration and have the option of continuing at a weekly/pro-rated rate or proceeding with a second round contract at 2/3 the original rate, paid in full at time of extension. Reduced rate extension does not include a free Monster ad.
			All contracts require a 75% deposit.  Remaining 25% is due upon hire.
